Score Refresh Process
- Latest eligible source years are detected for each active source system.
- Ingestion jobs stage source observations and publish them only after coverage and validation checks pass.
- Annual Combined Scores are recomputed for supported state and county geographies; city pages distinguish direct population coverage from parent-county context.
- A successful publication updates the public release without exposing incomplete staging data.
Publication Safeguards
Refreshes wait for eligible source releases. A failed validation keeps the last published public release in place.
